2 circuits of the Pendam trail today.

It was a little wetter and more slippery than my previous attempts at this trail so I took it easy on the first circuit, which took my 48 mins. I then pushed a little harder on the 2nd circuit and managed it in 42 mins... Still not as good as it should be though as I have yet to regain any strength or fitness for the climbs, but hopefully that will come in time.

Not many others out there today, but I did overtake a couple of groups the second time around. Hopefully I'll be able to make this a fairly regular Friday afternoon ride (unless of course its blowing a hoolie).
